CHILDREN
There are a few issues: It was not uncommon to name two children the same if the first one died; it was even less common to name an 'heir and a spare' by the same name, however it was done. In this family's case, the first Eli reached an age to get married so I can't understand why they would use Eli for a second time.  Maybe the second Eli died at birth (common in twins) and they couldn't think of another name?  They were very fond of the name Henry - using it in three of the children's names.

  1. Hi there, i was very excited to locate your information on the Munn family. I believe that Angelina Munn & Robert Williams are my great, great, grandparents and i'm very keen to find any further information on them, especially Robert. I noticed you received info on Angelina from her great granddaughter, "J Tullock". Is there any way i can be put in touch with him/her to follow up. I live in South Australia and my Mum and I are trying to trace our family history. Thanks, Gaynor
