Israel Kenney 1734-1791 Susannah Hood 1745

Note: There is a lot of misinformation on this line. There are at least 4 Isreal Kenney's to add to the mix and all were born in Massachusetts. Even when you read the research, it doesn't clarify but leads to speculation about the Israel's that descended from this line. One claims this Isreal could not have been the one married to Susannah because he would have been 52 when he fell through the ice (I'm not sure what his age had to do with it) However, I'm posting and will add corrections as they turn up.
UPDATE:  Read the comments section below.  Wayne Kinney, who had a DNA test, confirms the information for Israel.

There are also others who have questions about this line I cannot answer.  If you have information, please feel free to share.

Everet Aertszen 1692 Wyntje DeVoe 1695

Note: The Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow was organized in 1697 and the name changed to the First Reformed Church of Tarrytown, New York. Its records were originally written in Dutch. The record book (available for free online - go to Google books to download a copy) only covers the time period 1697-1785. The book was published in 1901, a time when the original book was in poor shape to begin with (there is a picture of it in the book as well as a picture of the church) so there were already names that could not be deciphered but what is there is fabulous as a resource for family historians.

Everet (Everard) Aertszen
Born abt 1692
Parents Willem Aertszen and Christine Nagel
Note: I'm not completely sure about this set of parents for Everard. The Fulkerson.org page does not list him among the children and they have done a good job of sourcing.

Note: I have seen Family Group Sheets that list Abraham as the next child. However, Abraham Aertzen baptized in 1717, did not belong to Everet. Everet and his wife were just the sponsors of the boy at his baptism, they were not his parents. In 1744, Everet and Wyntie sponsored another Abraham, but are his uncle/aunt and not his parents.

Mynno Aertzen
She may or may not have existed. There is no record of her in the church, but there is a large span between Willem and Jan, so I left her here with the idea that she may have died before she was baptized. There may have also been another child in this span.
